J & E Hall Compressors

We design a wide range of J& E Hall Compressors, which is widely used for refrigeration purposes. The range consists of three basic moving parts- a main rotor which meshes with two diametrically opposed star wheels, a geometry which results in balanced compression with no power loss between the rotor and stars and minimum bearing loads.

This type of single screw positive displacement compressor is designed for compression of most refrigerant gases for industrial refrigeration including ammonia gas, air conditioning and heat pump systems. Moreover, these are also features with high efficiency capacity control mechanism to regulate the capacity with corresponding reduction in power input. Ease of maintenance is designed into the hall compressors, as the side casing can be removed to give access to all parts without removing the machine from its installation and associated pipe work and insulation.
